Designs require 2-3 images, correct spelling of the name(if that is what your desired design is) limited words. Any specific elements(clouds, gates, football, basketball, etc.) at least 3 high-quality photos. Once the design is completed you are subject to 2 FREE design changes (meaning if you want to change a photo or the background color) once I show you the proof. Any other changes would result in a $15.00 upcharge. If there is a complete design change that would result in a $20.00 upcharge. If not paid the design that was sent for the proof will be what is on the tumbler.
Due to items being customized ALL SALES ARE FINAL and there is no refunds once purchased.
Please complete all required fields to create your order and attach any photos in JPG, PNG, or PDF file only. Attach good-quality photos. If a photo is a screenshot please understand the quality may not be clear when enhanced to the design. You can email customs@ajwexclusive.com and include your order number in the subject line.
Turnaround time is approximately 3-5 days currently. I suggest placing orders NOW. All orders will be updated in the closer month of April which could take a little longer. AJW Exclusive will send proofs to be reviewed and approved. Any edits will need to be upon request within 48 hrs. or we will have the right to complete the order with the proof that was sent. This will be sent to the email listed on the order form.
Orders can be rushed with a $45.00 rush fee. Please email us at info@ajwexclusive.com before placing the rush order. The turnaround does not include the shipping days if the item is being shipped.
